The program is built on the BEACON framework (Blueprint, Engineer, Automate, Connect, Optimize, Navigate) and takes participants through 11 hands-on modules across two certification tracks: BCA (BEACON Certified Associate) on Day 1 and BCP (BEACON Certified Professional) on Day 2. You don't just learn ClickUp — you build a working system during the program and earn your credential by demonstrating what you built.
They're complementary — but they serve different purposes. ClickUp University is an excellent resource for learning the platform — features, navigation, and getting comfortable with the tools. We encourage every participant to explore it.

The BEACON Mastery Program picks up where platform training leaves off. It's built around real enterprise challenges — the kind where a government agency needs cross-department visibility, where a finance team needs audit-ready workflows, where a 200-person operations group needs to stop living in spreadsheets. Day 1 (BCA track) is specifically designed for this. Module 01 starts with the fundamentals — how the platform is structured, how to navigate it, and how to think about workspace design. By the end of Day 1, you'll have built a working workspace from scratch. No prior experience needed — just a willingness to learn.
You'll earn the BCA (BEACON Certified Associate) credential on Day 1. This is a complete, standalone certification covering ClickUp foundations, workspace architecture, views, communication, and ClickUp Brain. You can return for the BCP track in a future class when you're ready for the advanced material — automations, dashboards, permissions, and the capstone.
No — certification is earned, not given. Each track ends with a practical assessment where you show what you built. BCA assessment is at the end of Day 1. BCP includes a capstone project where you design and present a workspace that's ready to go live for a real organizational scenario. The credential means something because it requires demonstrated mastery, not seat time.
We want you to succeed. If your assessment doesn't meet the standard, our facilitators will identify the specific gaps and provide guidance on what to strengthen. You'll have the opportunity to resubmit or attend a future class at no additional cost for the retake assessment. The goal is mastery, not gatekeeping.
